Starting at $45/hour Come Build Something Special With Us We're growing our Somers Point team and looking for BCBAs and BCaBAs who genuinely love working with younger learners and want to be part of a supportive, collaborative, and fun clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who loves the little moments: hearing a child use a new word for the first time, watching social skills finally click, seeing a family feel hopeful again, or helping a staff member grow into their confidence. What This Role Looks Like As part of our Early Learners & Elementary team, you'll: Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Supervise and support ABA Therapists and RBTs Provide meaningful caregiver and staff training Collaborate with: families teachers CST members related service providers Support skill development through naturalistic and play-based approaches Help facilitate social skills programming and group support Review data, monitor progress, and complete clinical documentation Provide hands-on clinical support when needed Help create positive, engaging, and supportive environments for both clients and staff What Makes This Team Different We know there are a lot of BCBA jobs out there right now. Who Thrives in This Role You'll probably fit in well if you: Are a BCBA or BCaBA in good standing Have experience working with early learners or elementary-aged clients Enjoy mentoring and supporting direct staff Are collaborative rather than overly rigid or "checklist-focused" Can balance clinical excellence with warmth and flexibility Feel comfortable leading parent and staff trainings Appreciate autonomy while still wanting strong team support Want to help shape and grow a developing team Master's-level consultants working toward certification are also encouraged to apply.
