Job Description

Join our team of compassionate professionals at Advanced Behavioral Therapy, a clinician-owned organization dedicated to providing the best and most effective treatment available for children on the autism spectrum. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services in home and school settings.
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy services to children on the autism spectrum in home and school settings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our clinical team Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and client progress Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation: Up to $30/hour, depending on experience

Registered Behavior Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required At least 18 years old Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Experience working with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Schedule:
