• $95,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities) Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager The Job You'll Do Part of an innovative and award-winning team, your day-to-day team will see you: Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care to all ages across the lifespan (pediatrics and adults).

Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care. Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy). The Right Fit Our most successful clinicians possess: Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body. Collaboration Dedication

200+ hours of PTO / Holiday per anniversary year which increases with tenure. For those in the military reserves we offer 80 hours of paid military leave, and after one year of employment we offer 80 hours of Parental Leave for each birth/adoption.

Salary Range:

$70,000

The investment doesn't stop with learning as you will receive an automatic $5K salary increase after year one of participating in leadership program with an investment up to $10,000 following program completion after year two.
