Clinician - Therapeutic Community

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clinician to join our Therapeutic Community team, dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health and behavioral support. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based therapies, facilitate group and individual counseling sessions, and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals exiting incarceration. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations using

DSM-V-TR

to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Somatic-Based Therapy, IFS etc. Develop Crisis Plans and support clients and case management staff during client crises. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide clinical recommendations/ Maintain detailed client charts, including progress notes, treatment and crisis plans. Support in communication with NM Probation and Parole as appropriate. Facilitate weekly DBT, Trauma and Substance Use related groups. Skills/Requirements Licensed in the State of New Mexico (LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW) Experience with individual and group therapy Ability to diagnose and complete diagnostic assessments

Pay:

$29.00 - $34.00 per hour
