Selah-Vee is a mental wellness and self-care practice where therapy, healing, and whole-person care come together. We are looking for a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants more than just another therapy job. This is a place for a clinician who wants to feel supported, valued, and part of something meaningful. Our ideal candidate is warm, professional, reliable, and passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and feel seen. You will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups depending on your area of experience and comfort. What You'll Do Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy services. Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner. Maintain ethical, professional, and HIPAA-compliant clinical care. Collaborate with the team when needed to support client care. Participate in building a positive, client-centered healing environment. Maintain a reliable schedule and strong communication with leadership and administrative support staff. What We're Looking For Active Nevada LMFT license required. Must be in good standing with the licensing board. Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups. Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills. Warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a growing private practice environment. Preferred, But Not Required Experience with couples or family therapy. Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, teens, or women's wellness. Interest in group therapy, holistic wellness, or integrative care. Experience with insurance-based clients.
