Positions Available:
Full-Time Therapist (W-2) Expected caseload: 25+ clients per week Eligible for full benefits Part-Time Therapist (W-2) Expected caseload: Approximately 15 clients per week No benefits associated with this role What We're Looking For Fully licensed or pre-licensed therapists in Nevada (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, CPC-I, MFT-I) Passion for mental health, reducing stigma, and providing accessible, personalized care Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families Commitment to collaboration, authenticity, and ongoing professional growth What We Offer (Full-Time Roles) W-2 position with competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and paid holidays CEU assistance and professional development support Secondary supervision available for MFT-I and CPC-I clinicians, if needed Part-time roles are not benefit-eligible.
