Other Benefits:
Free onsite MH and CADC supervision as available. Paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation. 401(k) matching, dental, and vision insurance available. Health Resources and Services Admin (HRSA)-certified-agency qualifies you for possible student loan payment. (Historic reimbursement has been up to $75K.)

Only full-time employees eligible Fully licensed therapists or interns with an active license in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Professional Counseling, or Clinical Social Work with appropriate level of mental health therapy experience and the willingness to add a Certified Alcohol and Drug Internship for which we cover all initial and provide supervision onsite. Candidates must be interested in working with socioeconomically challenged clients and be receptive to learning new Evidence-Based Therapies, especially those to treat trauma. Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Services field
  • Nevada licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Intern.
  • Knowledge and experience in evidence-based practices to help consumers facing substance abuse, mental health, and family challenges.
  • Knowledgeable about best practices, least restrictive level of care, and community resources for vulnerable clients needing behavioral health treatment.
Professional Qualities:
  • Ability to work with diverse client populations and a variety of referral sources.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with other agency personnel, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Must be able to work with Electronic Health Records programs and maintain client documentation and on-time reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted agency.
  • Must be kind to clients, cooperative with team members, mindful of agency and stakeholder policies.
