Job Description
About Us Our 10-bed adolescent PRTF provides structured residential treatment for teens facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges. We are looking for licensed therapists who are committed to providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care in a team-centered environment. What You'll Do Conduct biopsychosocial assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy Facilitate CBT/DBT and skill-based groups Document in compliance with Nevada and PRTF standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary team Engage families in treatment and discharge planning Participate in crisis intervention and safety planning Qualifications Active Nevada license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) Experience with adolescents preferred Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills Team-oriented mindset Why Work With Us?
