Job Description

Flexible Part-Time | Competitive Pay | Supervision by BCBAs Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency. As professionals, we are dedicated to the mission of connecting families with children who have varying diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to comprehensive ABA tools, principles, and practice. With every client, we aim for sustainable success and increased confidence during the learner's school-aged years. We serve students between the ages of 3 and 23 and operate under the leadership of LCSWs and BCBAs, learning and growing as an ABA agency since 2015. We are currently seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists (BTs) to join our network of dedicated professionals and serve families across the Hudson Valley , including but not limited to:

Competitive hourly starting rate (based on qualifications, experience, and credentials) Flexible
PART-TIME
schedules: after-school hours & potential for weekends Work collaboratively with leaders in our ABA Professionals Network Training and mentorship by your immediate BCBA supervisor Opportunities to pursue RBT certification Work in natural, home environments with personalized support and supervision
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 direct ABA services to children and young adults with ASD in their homes Implement a customized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) designed by a BCBA Collect daily quantitative and qualitative data to track client progress Support improvements in communication, adaptive behaviors, and focus Engage children in meaningful, structured play-based learning
Qualifications:
Educational background in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, Human Services, OT, SLP, or related field Preferred certifications: RBT, CPR, First Aid, Mandated Reporter, Crisis Intervention Proven experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and creativity Ability to adapt to different home environments and individual needs Must meet any additional requirements set by NY State If you're passionate about making a difference and want to join a supportive, growing ABA agency, click APPLY today!
