We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team in Akron, Ohio. Position Responsibilities Provide individual counseling services to adults experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including psychotherapy and crisis intervention techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards. Participate in community outreach and education initiatives that promote mental health awareness and recovery. Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Paid Supervision for Dependent Licensure Weekly multidisciplinary team meetings focused on case consultation, clinical collaboration, and professional development. $400 annual professional development allowance for continuing education, licensure, and testing fees.
