From our traditional individual and family therapy to our active slate of 15+ ongoing social skills groups and specialized clinics (including gaming/electronic addiction), we offer a dynamic, collaborative environment where clinicians can thrive and truly change lives. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and energetic Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our premier practice in Beachwood. In this role, you will work with a diverse and rewarding caseload, focusing heavily on children, adolescents, and families. You will split your impact between providing high-quality, one-on-one therapy and facilitating/teaching dynamic social skills groups using our practice's proven, practical framework.
Qualifications & Experience Licensure:
Must hold an active, independent or dependent clinical license in the state of Ohio (e.g., LPCC, LPCCS, LISW, LSW, IMFT, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
Clinical Passions:
o Strong interest or proven experience working with children, teens, and young adults. Experience or strong desire to run interactive therapeutic/social skills groups. oFamiliarity with modalities like CBT, DBT, or creative/expressive arts therapies is highly valued.
Core Skills:
Ability to provide practical, realworld tools to parents and clients rather than just abstract theory. Strong digital literacy for managing contemporary online forms and tracking systems is required.
