Job Summary:
MUST POSSESS AN LSW OR LPC TO APPLY
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and their families, playing a vital part in supporting positive outcomes and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and adolescents experiencing behavioral health challenges. Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services to children, adolescents, and their families. Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and clinical best practices. Coordinate referrals to agency programs and community-based social service organizations as appropriate. Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and other community partners to support client success. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency, regulatory, and professional standards. Services are primarily provided in office and school-based settings, with a focus on delivering accessible, client-centered care.
