Full Job Description Job Address:
20611 Euclid Ave Cleveland, OH 44117 Full Time Hours and shift are: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with a weekend rotation built in.

Conducts timely assessments, balancing workload among therapists. Applies appropriate therapeutic theory, considering cultural factors for group activities. Documents patient responses regularly, formulating treatment programs aligned with orders. Actively participates in treatment planning, providing effective therapy procedures. Ensures accurate paperwork completion, demonstrating crisis intervention skills when needed. Maintains constant communication with physicians, families, and referral sources.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in social work or counseling with an LSW and documented experience in group therapy setting. Or Master's degree in social work or counseling, Must be 21 yrs or older
License:
Or BSW with
LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT
