Responsibilities:

Deliver 3-5 hours of therapy per week to clients and families in their homes or community settings for 3-6 months . Provide individual and family psychotherapy , crisis intervention , and substance use disorder treatment . Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Coordinate with schools, juvenile justice, child welfare, and other community systems. Offer rehabilitative skill development , advocacy , and resource linkage . Maintain documentation and comply with Medicaid and agency standards.

Licensure in Ohio (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW ); independent licensure often preferred. Experience working with youth and families, especially in home or community settings. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings. Strong communication, organizational, and crisis management skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with trauma-informed care, co-occurring disorders, and evidence-based practices. Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations. Team collaboration and multidisciplinary coordination.
