Dayton, OH Salary Range:
$58,240 - $72,800 annually Full Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team. This position works under the supervision of the Clinical Director and Counselor Supervisor and is responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy services to adolescents, teens, and adults receiving mental health treatment. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting clients through evidence-based therapeutic practices, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary treatment environment. Responsibilities Conduct daily individual, group, and family counseling sessions Perform diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation in accordance with ODMH, ODADAS, and CARF standards Coordinate clinical mental health activities and client care services Monitor treatment compliance and report concerns to leadership when necessary Attend treatment staffing meetings and provide accurate client progress updates Participate in Quality Assurance committees and assist with program improvement initiatives Conduct in-service trainings as assigned Maintain communication with family members, guardians, referral sources, and outside agencies regarding client progress and treatment Maintain timely and accurate caseload documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Meet with representatives from external agencies for marketing, audits, surveys, and referral development as needed Support agency initiatives and perform additional duties assigned by the
Clinical Director or Counseling Supervisor Qualifications Required:
Active Ohio licensure as one of the following:
LSW LISW LPC LPCC
Preferred:
