Key Responsibilities for Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant Conduct classroom observations and provide behavior management consultation Teach social-emotional lessons to small groups and classrooms Develop individualized support plans in collaboration with educators and families Refer families to community-based services as needed Lead trainings on trauma, ACEs, resilience, parenting, and mental health Represent GCBHS at community meetings and stakeholder events Position Requirements for Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant Bachelor s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood or Elementary Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services field Ohio Teaching License or
