Clinical Therapist Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and caregivers Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic approaches Collaborate with foster care staff, caseworkers, and community partners Support crisis intervention and stabilization efforts Clinical Therapist Qualifications include but are not limited to: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field LSW or LPC Required. LISW or LPCC preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in child welfare, mental health, or clinical settings Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills Familiarity with trauma, attachment, and family systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clinical Therapist Benefits include but are not limited to: Highly Competitive Salary!
