Job Description

PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Community-Based Therapist to work with children with mental health conditions and their families throughout Allen and Auglaize Counties in Ohio. The therapist will provide 100% of services in the community. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, or other license-eligible related field of human services required. Master's degree preferred. LSW/LISW or
LPC/LPCC
required. Two years of experience in the field of mental health/therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, and families is required. Experience with family preservation services and/or best practice models of clinical application preferred. Driver's license and daily access to personal vehicle required. Ability to work a flexible schedule with an on call rotation. Benefits- Salary $53K-68K depending on education and experience Comprehensive benefit package, including clinical supervision reimbursement for license, generous PTO, and retirement plan with company match Flexible schedule Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of 6 high needs families. Meet with clients a minimum of 2 visit per week with an average of 3 hours per week. Services will be 100% community-based, which will include meeting with clients in their homes, at school, or community locations etc. Provide diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and individual, family and group therapy.
