We are currently seeking a Program Therapist to join our REACH (Youth Treatment Program) team located in Vincent/Barlow, OH . As the Program Therapist , your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing quality, person and family-centered, therapy face-to-face with youth age 10-17. Collaborates with youth, family/legal guardian to develop an individualized service plan for youth within the program. Assist in and direct crisis response and crisis care for the youth on their case load in house, and coordinate with other providers if external crisis care as needed. Providing therapeutic oversite for direct care staff. Coordinate and run group therapy/activities. Research topic matters to ensure that the most up to date programing is being used. Assist in addressing behaviors within the group setting, helping to maintain a regulated group discussion/activity. Conduct monthly treatment reviews with clients and family to assure that treatment goals remain accurate and effective. What do we look for in our Program Therapists?? Eligible to work in the United Stated Graduate degree in mental health related field with knowledge of person- and family-centered recovery model, psychopathology, mental health and substance abuse problems; Competency in various therapeutic modalities (individual, couples, family, and group); Demonstrated ability to relate to a variety of persons served and families. Possession of a current and approved credential in the state of Ohio for designated position. Strong focus on group and individual therapy models.
