Position Summary The Full-Time Therapist/Psychologist provides direct clinical services, including assessments, individual, group and family therapy, treatment planning, and documentation in accordance with state and organizational standards. This role is fully on‑site and ideal for clinicians who value teamwork, structure, and a supportive environment that honors both clinical skill and cultural responsiveness. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence‑based and culturally responsive practices Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation per KSBH standards Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and required trainings Collaborate with internal and external partners to support client progress Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and compliance with state and federal regulations Contribute to a positive, mission‑driven organizational culture
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's, Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, IMFT, Psychologist) Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills Ability to work on‑site Monday-Friday (on-site) Commitment to culturally affirming, trauma‑informed care
Preferred:
