Job Description
Job Overview Clinician provides individual and group counseling to the assigned population. Completes documentation requirements, assesses and treats individual's needs. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively monitor activities, facilitate appropriate services to meet consumer and community needs, and positively engage with consumers and community stakeholders. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide behavioral therapy and counseling services, including crisis intervention and psychotherapy, to clients of all ages. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and support. Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.
