Job description Magnolia Behavior Therapy is hiring CBTs and RBTs
  • Paid training available for the right candidate We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CBT/RBTs (Certified Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians) to join our innovative teams in Spokane, Snohomish, DuPont and Kitsap County.
This role is essential for providing high-quality therapeutic support to individuals with behavioral challenges, particularly within a community-based setting. As a CBT/RBT in DuPont, you will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of clients by implementing evidence-based practices that promote effective behavior change. Working in a collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to engage with multidisciplinary teams dedicated to holistic care. Your ability to connect with clients and foster an atmosphere of trust and support is vital. This position not only enhances the clients' quality of life but also contributes significantly to the ethos of care within our organization, making a lasting impact in the DuPont community. Responsibilities Implement and oversee individualized treatment plans as developed by licensed clinicians. Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to reinforce behavioral interventions and strategies. Monitor client progress and document changes in behavior and skill development. Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to refine treatment approaches. Provide support in daily living skills and social integration for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and progress. Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay updated with best practices. Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and standards set forth by the organization. Assist in maintaining a safe and positive environment for all clients. Engage in crisis intervention strategies when necessary to ensure client safety. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in CBT/RBT preferred. Proven experience working with children or individuals with autism and other behavioral disorders. Strong understanding of behavioral principles and therapeutic methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong observational skills and attention to detail concerning client behaviors. Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes. Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and environments. Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavioral health.
Schedules for this position:
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM
  • 3:30 PM (DuPont clinic) Monday through Friday 12:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM (Snohomish clinic) Monday through Friday 2:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM (DuPont, Snohomish, Spokane, Kitsap County in-home)
