Children, Youth, Adults & Families (Oregon Health Program) Position Summary Family Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to provide mental health services to children, youth, adults, and families insured under the Oregon Health Program. This role delivers outpatient therapy services at an assigned clinic location and collaborates with families, community partners, and other professionals to support each client's overall mental health goals. The ideal candidate is client-centered, collaborative, and committed to high-quality, ethical mental health care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide individual and/or family therapy on a regularly scheduled basis Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices Complete all clinical documentation accurately and on time in compliance with Medicaid regulations and agency standards Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Participate in behavioral crisis management and intervention as required Complete quarterly file reviews Maintain professional, ethical standards regarding treatment and client confidentiality Collaborate with internal staff and community professionals to support client outcomes Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners Meet or exceed program productivity expectations Assist with outreach and program visibility to support client engagement and community relationships Support other agency programs as needed Additional Responsibilities Attend required agency and community-based meetings Perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in a mental health-related field Must meet QMHP requirements under Oregon Administrative Rules Strong communication skills with the ability to engage respectfully across diverse perspectives Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, client-centered environment Must successfully pass an ODHS background check Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred Why Join Family Solutions?
