Job Description

Mental Health Therapist - Part-Time (Pay-Per-Client)
Locations:
Multiple Positions to split job between Wilsonville and Oregon City Clinics. We are seeking compassionate Mental Health Therapists (licensed or associate level) to join our outpatient team serving children, adolescents, and families—particularly neurodivergent clients. This is a part-time, pay-per-client position designed to grow with program demand, with opportunities for increased hours and potential transition into full-time salaried positions with benefits as caseloads and clinic needs expand. Position Overview This role provides outpatient mental health therapy across one or more clinic locations depending on program needs. Clinicians will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based care. We welcome both independently licensed clinicians and pre-licensed associates working toward licensure under approved clinical supervision. Clinicians may be assigned across clinic locations based on caseload availability and service demand, which may include split-site scheduling. Minimum Qualifications Licensed Therapists:
Active Oregon licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
Associate-Level Therapists:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active Oregon associate registration (e.g., CSWA, LPC-A, LMFTA, or equivalent) Working toward independent licensure under supervision
All Candidates:
Experience working with children, adolescents, or neurodivergent populations preferred Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and within a team-based care model Growth Opportunity This position is designed to grow with program demand. As caseloads and service needs expand, there is potential to increase hours and transition into full-time salaried positions with benefits, based on organizational needs, staffing capacity, and available openings. Pay:
$50.99 - $82.33 per hour
