The professionals responsibilities include:
facilitating individual/group/family work, providing the clinical oversight of a caseload, direct supervision and management of the Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT), providing supervision and observation of BHT per state regulations, participation in on call rotation, collaboration and consultation with treatment team members, preparing for and attending weekly meetings, gaining authorization from funding sources, completion of intakes and assessments, completion of daily documentation, and meeting productivity requirements. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
Master trained, License Eligible OR Licensed in this Commonwealth as a Social Worker, psychologist, professional counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist or Clinical Social Worker; with two years' experience in a CASSP systems program; OR Certification as a National Board Certified counselor. Additional education/experience would qualify if in accordance with the current state regulations. Management experience required.BENEFITS
