Job Description
Job Overview Growing practice seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team as a contracted therapist. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality mental health services to diverse populations. Your expertise will support individuals facing various challenges such as trauma, addiction, grief, anxiety, depression, etc. This role will require in person sessions and telehealth sessions to be preformed. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, DBT, EMDR, and Solution focused. Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure immediate safety and stabilization for clients experiencing acute distress. Maintain records and documentation of patient care activities in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Experience Experience providing psychotherapy within outpatient or inpatient settings. Expertise in behavioral health interventions including behavioral therapy, crisis management, behavior management techniques, and patient assessment. Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions is highly desirable. Experience working with diverse populations Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) accurately for billing and treatment planning purposes.
