Our compassionate and highly skilled clinical team develops individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Adult IOP Therapist to provide high-quality care within our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) . In this role, you will facilitate group therapy, provide individual support, and conduct clinical assessments to help adults develop coping skills and move toward recovery and long-term mental wellness.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, daytime schedule (in-person)Compensation:
$53,000 - $55,000 per year (commensurate with experience and credentials) Key Responsibilities Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy sessions focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and recovery-oriented topics Provide individual therapy sessions and clinical support as appropriate Conduct level-of-care assessments and clinical intakes in alignment with program standards Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the multidisciplinary treatment team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including participation in insurance authorization reviews Participate in treatment team meetings to review client progress and coordinate care Support clients transitioning between levels of care, including discharge and step-down planning Assist with program initiatives and other clinical responsibilities as needed Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field Previous clinical experience working with adults in a behavioral health setting preferred Experience facilitating group therapy strongly preferred Experience working with higher levels of care ( IOP, PHP, or residential ) is a plus Strong clinical documentation, organizational, and communication skills Why Join High Focus Centers?
