$31 - $38 per hour Job Details - We are on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Permanent Outpatient Therapist to join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment, providing outpatient therapy to individuals struggling with addiction. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team that is committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients, helping them reclaim their lives from the grips of addiction. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a dedicated professional who is ready to make a difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Outpatient Therapist, you will: 1. Provide high-quality outpatient therapy to patients struggling with addiction, using evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions. 2. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans. 3. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, providing support and guidance to patients throughout their recovery journey. 4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the effective coordination of patient care. 5. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments to ensure patients are making progress towards their recovery goals. 6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and any changes in patient status. 7. Provide education and resources to patients and their families about addiction, recovery, and coping strategies. 8. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest practices and developments in the field of addiction therapy.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Outpatient Therapist, you must have: 1. A Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline. A Master's degree is required 2. At least two years of experience working with clients with addictions. Experience in an outpatient setting is highly preferred. 3. Excellent knowledge of therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices for treating addiction. 4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and their families. 5. Strong documentation skills, with the ability to accurately and timely record patient progress and treatment interventions. 6. A deep commitment to helping individuals recover from addiction and improve their lives. 7. The ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. 8. Current and valid licensure to practice as a therapist in the state. 9. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 10. A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle the challenges and unpredictability of working with patients with addictions.
