About us Providence Treatment assists impaired pilots, physicians and other healthcare professionals to return to their professions safely. Starting 2026, we expand our services to young adult clients.

Job Summary:

Providence Treatment, a Joint Commission accredited, State licensed outpatient and partial hospitalization program is seeking a 1099 seasoned, licensed behavioral health therapist to enhance the assessment and treatment of our clients who are diagnosed with substance use and mental health disorders. The candidates should have at least two (2) years experience in SUD and MH treatment, licensure required (LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LPC, CAADC/CADC) and Masters level or higher. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team. We also prefer a thorough knowledge of the 12-steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and working experience with young adult clients. The candidate should have a current CPR/First Aid certification and active license. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
