✔️ 200-day school schedule (only 10 summer days, 2 in-service and 8 remote) with year-round salary & benefits ✔️ No on-call, no holidays, school-day hours ✔️ Summers off with pay + bonus opportunities ✔️ Licensure supervision & professional growth Position Overview Adelphoi Education is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to youth in an educational setting. This full-time role follows a school-based calendar with 200 workdays annually, including professional development and training days. Adelphoi supports candidates in obtaining Pennsylvania licensure. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Maintain timely documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports. Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities. Collaborate with school staff, insurance providers, and other stakeholders. Participate in school and community activities as needed. Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties. Comply with Adelphoi Education policies and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Master's Degree in a Human Services field. 2-3 years of experience working with children, youth, or families (preferred). Actively pursuing or currently holds a PA license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
Minimum age:
21 years. Valid driver's license (PA if residing in Pennsylvania) and proof of auto insurance. Ability to pass credentialing requirements including physical exam and background checks.
