It is our highest priority to work towards these values in all of our relationships with both our clients and our staff. Our practice is trauma informed and integrates Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT) with all of our clients. We are looking for a Behavioral Therapist to join our team and provide individualized programs for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions and have a strong understanding of behavior modification techniques. A successful candidate will be compassionate with a willingness to learn about neurodiversity affirming care for Autistic children.

Responsibilities:

1. implement treatment plans; 2. collect skill acquisition and behavior reduction data; 3. apply feedback and training on ABA job performance given by the lead BCBA; 4. provides behavior support inside and outside of the home or classroom when applicable; 5. and implement neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed programming; Must have and maintain the following certifications:

Child Abuse Clearance Mandated Reporter Training FBI Background Clearance PA Criminal Clearance Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Job Type:

Part-time Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
