Master's Level Therapist •$2000 Sign on Bonus• no licensure required 1165 Philipsburg Bigler Hwy, Philipsburg, PA 16866 From $32 an hour - Full-time From $32 an hour - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to clients. This role involves working with individuals of varying ages, including children and adults, and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities. The Therapist will be responsible for developing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care. Skills Strong background in mental health counseling and behavioral therapy. Experience working with children and adults Proficiency in case management and patient care techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Empathy and understanding towards clients' diverse backgrounds and experiences. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently. Experience in Play Therapy and Trauma Therapy is a plus! Requirements Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work PA State Police Criminal History Check PA Child Abuse History Clearance FBI Clearance - Dept of Human Services Must be willing to work with both children and adults. Must be willing to work evenings/after school hours at least 3 days a week.
