They possess the clinical skills and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program individuals with BH and IDD diagnosis (Dually Diagnosed) under the clinical supervision of the Program Director and Psychiatrist. They will be in charge of supervising non-clinical staff. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, applied behavior analysis or another health and human service-related field required. Licensed in the state of PAOR licensure eligibleas a Behavior Specialist (LBS), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Professional Counselor (LPC) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Experience in the behavioral health field working with individuals with mental health/developmental disabilitiespreferred. Valid PA Driver's License required.
