  Monday
• Friday | 8:00 AM
• 4:30 PM (In-Person)

Salary:

$53,000

• $55,000 annually (based on experience and credentials) High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a leading provider of outpatient treatment programs for adults experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

Our team is committed to delivering individualized, comprehensive treatment that supports each client's recovery journey. We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Therapist/Counselor to join our Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about supporting adults in a structured therapeutic environment while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide support services for families/support systems as appropriate Conduct approximately 6-8 Level of Care Assessments weekly based on program needs Maintain one aftercare outpatient therapy group to support clients transitioning to lower levels of care Collaborate with clients, families, and treatment team members to develop individualized treatment plans within established timelines Participate in clinical team meetings to review and discuss client progress Complete insurance reviews and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Collect client co-pays as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field Previous counseling or therapy experience required; experience working with adult populations strongly preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team Why Join High Focus Centers?
