BACHELOR LEVEL THERAPIST PARTIAL
About Us KidsPeace is a private charity dedicated to supporting the behavioral and mental health needs of children, families, and communities. Since 1882, we have offered psychiatric hospital services, residential treatment programs, accredited educational services, and foster care programs. Position Overview The Therapist-Partial plays a key role in providing clinical leadership, therapeutic services, and interdisciplinary collaboration within the partial hospitalization level of care. This position delivers individual, group, and family therapy while ensuring that all treatment aligns directly with each client's individualized Treatment Plan. The therapist also contributes to clinical consultation, care coordination, and milieu support as needed.   • A team environment built on collaboration, respect, and compassion Key Responsibilities Provide Individual, Group & Family Therapy Deliver therapeutic interventions that directly support the goals outlined in each client's Treatment Plan.
Lead Interdisciplinary Team Processes Take a leadership role in team discussions to ensure coordinated, integrated care for all clients. Support Intake & Admission Activities Assist with completion of intake tasks and help facilitate a smooth admission process for new clients. Monitor Attendance & Documentation Ensure daily attendance, document absences in the EHR, and maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation. Guide Treatment Goal Development Identify client problem areas, assist clients in goal-setting, and support them in completing tasks that promote therapeutic progress. Provide Milieu Support Assist with overall program milieu as needed, including transporting clients in agency vehicles when required. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field required. Minimum of two years' experience in Mental Health Field Preferred Valid driver's license and First Aid/CPR certifications required. Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills. Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to be certified in Safe Crisis Management
