As a pivotal member of our organization, you will provide essential support to individuals navigating mental health challenges and developmental journeys. - Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide behavioral health therapy to address diverse needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Offer support and guidance to clients in accessing community resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using electronic health record systems.
Experience:
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Comfortable working with and interacting with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
