RBT in Wilkes-Barre, PA

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA. Collect and record client behavior data. Assist in developing social, communication, and daily living skills. Follow protocols to manage challenging behaviors. Maintain a safe, supportive therapy environment. Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding client progress. Participate in ongoing training and development. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or higher Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).- required
