Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, ABA, or Education .
Experience:
1 year of experience OR completion of a Clinical Practicum/Internship (May 2026 grads are encouraged to apply now for summer start dates).
Skills:
Bilingual fluency in Spanish or ASL is highly prioritized and eligible for additional recognition.

Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle for community-based travel.

Clinical Impact in the Real World As a Master's-level clinician, you will choose or combine two specialized paths: Behavioral Consultant (BC): • Utilize ABA principles to support children with Autism and behavioral challenges. Design individualized behavior plans and empower caregivers with practical tools. Collaborate with school districts to ensure student success across environments. Mobile Therapist (MT): Provide trauma-informed individual and family therapy in homes and schools. Lead IBHS treatment teams and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
