• Therapy 4 Autistic Men Welcome to the New Path Family of Therapy Centers.

We have a clear focus on Neurodiversity (Autism and ADHD). We are currently seeking an Associate Therapist for our site, Therapy 4 Autistic Men , which is dedicated to supporting Autistic men and helping them navigate a world that often misunderstands them. To see if you fit, ask these questions: Are you Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD, with a deep understanding of the male experience of neurodivergence? Do you have the life experience to truly "get" what it's like for a man to navigate social, professional, and personal expectations in a world not built for his brain? Do you understand the nuances of the "autistic world" from the inside—including the specific ways men might mask, the pressure to "perform," and the journey toward authentic self-expression? Is your child on the spectrum, and have you walked the path of learning how to support his/her unique needs, transitions, and strengths? Do you like to work with other highly motivated, intelligent, kind neurodivergent therapists? Do you have a huge heart for empowering the community of autistic men? We are uniquely dedicated to helping neurodiverse individuals through a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approach.

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY A

passion for the neurodiverse community and the empowerment of men on the spectrum. A graduate degree from a Master's Program in counseling psychology (or expecting to graduate within the next 6 months). A desire to learn and be challenged to grow every day. You must live in CALIFORNIA and plan to be licensed in this state.

COMPENSATION

If you perform well, you will receive excellent compensation, well above the average for most Associate positions.

SKILLS TO SUPPORT NEURODIVERSITY

You will learn best practices to assess, treat, and support autistic and ADHD adults. This includes specific training on administering ASD and ADHD assessments to our clients.

BROAD SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

While our focus is specialized, our clients bring in a wide variety of challenges (depression, anxiety, trauma, career struggles, and executive functioning). You will build competence in these areas while meeting the training requirements of the BBS. You will be encouraged to use the therapeutic approach that best fits you, as we believe you help clients most when you are your best self.

PRACTICE LOGISTICS

Virtual Practice:

All of our therapists practice completely remotely.

Independence:

You will set your own hours and your own fee.

Business Mastery:

You will learn how to launch a private practice, build your client base, and master the business side of being a therapist—an essential skill set for your career.

We provide a hassle-free, state-of-the-art system for documentation, billing, and insurance records.
