Duties Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches Conduct sessions in person (LA & Ventura Counties) and via telehealth, in compliance with state laws and ethical standards Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and BBS requirements using Simple Practice EHR Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure comprehensive, ethical, and culturally responsive treatment Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities Manage your caseload efficiently while holding clinical excellence and compassion at the center of your work Serve Spanish-speaking clients with culturally competency, linguistically accessible care (bilingual candidates) Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family, Clinical Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Current registration or pending eligibility for registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or equivalent in the state of California. Proven experience working with families and individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and couples' relationship conflicts. Strong knowledge of clinical counseling modalities including trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic experiencing therapy, Liberation Psychology methods, and crisis management strategies. Experience delivering services via telehealth platforms with a focus on patient care and clinical documentation standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
