We are seeking an enthusiastic, provisionally licensed Clinical Therapist (LMSW or LGPC) to join our outpatient practice. This entry-level role is designed to help you hone your diagnostic and therapeutic skills while building a diverse clinical foundation. We provide complimentary, board-approved clinical supervision and full administrative backing, allowing you to focus completely on your clients and your professional growth. If you are passionate about high-quality mental health care and eager to learn, we want to support your journey to independent licensure! Responsibilities Perform intake assessments Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field Current and unrestricted license Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred - Internship included Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized Flexible work from home options available.
