Job Description
Remedy Therapy ABA and Family Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team! This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours, ideal for a professional looking to make a meaningful impact on children and families.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide supervision and support to RBTs. Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement effective ABA strategies. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB. Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
