$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Join Our Team at Exceptional Wellness, Inc.! Exceptional Wellness, Inc. is a community-based mental health organization dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We're currently seeking a passionate Bilingual Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CS) to join our team and deliver client-centered, strengths-based mental health services across Texas. This is a flexible opportunity with both full-time and part-time hours available , and the freedom to create your own schedule in coordination with clients . We promote a healthy work-life balance and a supportive team culture where your voice matters.What You'll Do:
Provide community-based case management services to children and their families Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, addiction counselors, and leadership to create individualized treatment plans Utilize client and family input along with collateral data to identify key treatment goals Offer case management support to improve the family unit's overall functioning Maintain clear documentation and communication in alignment with agency expectationsQualifications:
Required Bilingual:
Fluent in English and Spanish Able to see clients in person & telehealth (Houston, TX area) Bachelor's Degree ANSA CertificationCANS 3-6
CertificationCANS 6-17
Certification Reside in Houston, Texas Able to pass a background check Strong rapport-building, communication, and organizational skills Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Suite, etc. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Experience in behavioral or mental health Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related fieldABA/Autism Experience BCBA Certification RBT Certification Benefits:
