Associate Therapist (AMFT / ASW / APCC) Bilingual Spanish-Speaking | Hybrid (In-Person & Telehealth) Mills Perinatal Wellness Group is seeking a Spanish-speaking associate therapist who is motivated, flexible, and ready to grow with a dynamic, supportive team. This is a hybrid position , offering a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions, with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support. About the Role This position is ideal for an associate therapist who is: Ready to get to work Open to learning and growing clinically Comfortable building a caseload over time Interested in working with a general range of presenting concerns While caseloads take time to build, we consistently fill associate caseloads within a few months through ongoing referrals, insurance partnerships, and community connections. Who We Serve Our clients present with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to: Anxiety and depression Life transitions and stress Relationship and family concerns Parenting and identity exploration Perinatal, postpartum, and family-related issues We serve a high Spanish-speaking population , and bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred in order to meet current and growing community needs.
