The ideal candidate will provide mental health services to individuals, families, and groups in need of support. Duties
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Offer crisis intervention when needed
- Advocate for clients to access necessary resources and support services Fluency in English and Spanish Experience in providing therapy services Willing to work with children and couples LPC-LPC-A, LCSW, or LMSW license Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to work with diverse populations Strong empathy and interpersonal skills Knowledge of counseling theories and techniques Experience with electronic health records Experience in a community mental health setting is a plus
