Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with children, teens, and families and who value being part of a supportive practice with a strong referral base and opportunities for long-term professional growth.
What You'll Do:
Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents Deliver services primarily in-person, with some hybrid flexibility available Collaborate with parents, schools, pediatricians, and other providers to support treatment goals Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to developmental and family needs Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in case consultation, supervision, and clinical team meetings Help create meaningful, lasting change in the lives of children and their families
