If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative, values-based environment, genuinely loves working with kids and families, and is looking for a place to belong, we'd love to hear from you. This position might be a great fit for you if... You are a child and adolescent therapist at heart; working with kids, teens, and families isn't just something you do, it's something you're called to do long-term. You have a strong trauma background and are energized by brain-based approaches like EMDR, IFS, play therapy, or expressive arts. You've worked in other clinical settings and you're ready for an environment that gives you real autonomy, flexibility, and support without the burnout or micromanagement. You're culturally humble, inclusive, and respectful of clients and colleagues. You're self-directed and proactive. You follow up with clients, communicate with your team, and don't wait to be told what to do. You're available for evenings and weekends because that's when our clients request most. You're looking for more than a job, you want a team you can grow with and a practice you can call home.

If you're looking to be fully remote, work across multiple practices simultaneously, or build your own private practice on the side, this won't be the right fit. We invest deeply in our team and we're looking for people ready to invest right back. Caseload building is a team effort but client retention is yours. The therapists who thrive here are the ones who show up fully, follow up consistently, and treat every client like they matter. Because they do.
