We are seeking a Child & Adolescent Specialist to join our growing team in a full-time or part-time capacity. This position includes providing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), parent coaching, and collaboration with schools and community partners. Depending on training and interest, opportunities may also include psychological assessment, test administration, and report writing. Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution Current Michigan licensure in Psychology or Social Work Valid driver's license Successful completion of a background check Responsibilities Support and advance the mission and vision of our practice Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and community partners to support positive outcomes Participate in supervision, consultation, and continuing professional development Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team culture Conduct psychological testing, scoring, and report writing as appropriate Preferred Experience & Skills The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Experience providing behavior therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and parent training Experience working in schools or collaborating closely with educators Strong verbal, written, telephone, and email communication skills A warm, positive, and supportive approach with children and families Comfort and proficiency with technology and electronic health record systems Knowledge of ethical, legal, and professional practice standards Flexibility, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills The ability to balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining a healthy and sustainable approach to work Why Join Our Team?
