We are looking for clinicians who value depth, authenticity, collaboration, and high-quality clinical care while working with children, teens, and families. We welcome both associate-level and independently licensed clinicians who have a passion for supporting children through emotional, behavioral, relational, anxiety, trauma, OCD-related, or developmental concerns. Position Details W-2 Positions Available Part-time and Full-time opportunities Starting at $55+/hour (depending on licensure and experience) $25/hour paid administrative time While Real Roots Counseling primarily offers W-2 employment positions, we understand some experienced clinicians may prefer a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. Percentage splits and compensation structure may be open for discussion depending on experience, specialty area, schedule availability, and clinical fit.
