Overview Her Mind Tulsa is seeking a dedicated and experienced contract therapist who specializes in maternal mental health. This role is ideal for a licensed therapist or candidate passionate about walking with women through the emotional complexities of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. You'll join a supportive team and have the flexibility to build your own caseload while making a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients in an outpatient setting. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including motivational interviewing, counseling, to support client progress. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with ICD-10 standards. Collect data on client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and participate in case management meetings as needed. Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care and participate in ongoing professional development. Experience A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. Previous experience in mental health counseling. Familiarity with maternal mental health care and related therapeutic approaches is highly desirable. Proficiency in medical documentation practices and data collection methods is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds are crucial for success in this role.
